May 24th, 2010 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Press Releases

Bristol’s Suaju Ltd a UKAS Certified ISO, Simulation, Lean Management Consulting and Software Outsourcing Company made an appearance at the ITEC 2010 – Defence, Training, Simulation Exhibition and Conference in ExCel London, UK. Senior representatives from over 13 countries attended.

A key focus at the ITEC was how Improvised Explosive Device (IED) threats are being counter-acted, there was many exhibitors demonstrating their own unique models that held many shapes and forms.

The Leader Lockhead Martin who has primary involvement in creating and developing leading edge technologies led the counter-acting of IED threats by demonstrating the “Improvised Explosive Device Effects Simulator” (IEDES), this impressive kit is used in training to defeat explosive hazard defeat.

The IEDES is made up of five electronic devices, four Non-Pyrotechnic Mechanisms and one Pyrotechnic Mechanisms, the five electronic devices follow:

a) Module Control Unit (MCU)
b) Electronic Common Interface Device (ECID)
c) Non-Pyrotechnic Controller (NPC)

ITEC’s Simulation area works very well with Suaju’s background, makeup and business focus with the following Lean Management Consulting offering:

Suaju Management’s simulation experience goes back to 1995 ranging from the RAF Hawk Flight Simulator to Towed Array Sonar System to Wideband Land to Aircraft Black Box. It is a key player in this field of technology. Over the years knowledge has increased more and more one area of their remembrance is the Lesson Planner for Basic Hawk Trainer (HSTF) in RAF Agelessly, Wales which was quite a challenge.

Col Seddon, of the Royal Logistic Corps (a Top Bomb Disposal Officer) accountable for tackling threats posed by IEDs has resigned over concerns of the welfare of the soldiers on the field, this is another example of the importance IED threat deterrent training and why ITEC was critical for the UK government in companies bringing this out. Col Seddon said ”We are seeking now to bring people back into high threat IED operations that have been out for some time”.

Free Lean Management Consulting Session Offered by Top Lean Consultants.

November 17th, 2009 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Press Releases

= For Immediate Release =
BRISTOL, Suaju Ltd, one of the UK’s top lean management companies has announced its latest addition to its ever growing array of high class solutions for business. This latest package heralds a new start for many firms that feel stuck in a rut as far as their in house processes are operating. Suaju are offering a one off free consultancy session with a view to improving a process, activity or function within the company when assessed using the Lean Management Principles.

The concept of Lean Management has been gaining popularity recently as the principles disseminate through the corporate world. The main tenant of Lean thinking is that ‘everything not adding value to the customer is considered to be waste’. This idea, while not new, has gained increasing acceptance over the last few years since, in 1990, James Womack wrote a book called “The Machine That Changed The World” which set out the principles in a fresh way for the modern world of manufacturing and production processes.

Suaju have taken this set of principles and successfully applied them to many areas of endeavour. This latest approach offers companies a chance to ‘try before they buy’. Within the free consultation Suaju will take an aspect, process or function of a company and apply lean principles to it. From the results of this application come a set of steps that when implemented will streamline the given area of investigation. This will not result in a loss of functionality or slow the process down. In fact, according to Lean principles, it will enhance the experience from the customer’s point of view whilst at the same time save resources and money for the company involved.

The Lean Consulting process, which is done ‘live’ as it were, will show the company involved a flow solution which will highlight the added value of this type of process deconstruction. Within a short consultation session there should be tangible evidence of the type of outcome to expect after full implementation. This implementation, true to Suaju’s company profile, would be done as a Lean Outsourcing contract. This would remove the need for the company to invest in human resources to comprehend asses and implement the Lean Management principles.

With such a proficient consulting partner and free first consultation, with no obligations, this would seem to be a win-win situation. The end user gets a more value added product or service, the company under assessment gets a free consultation and to save resources and Suaju does what it does best for all concerned.
